I purchased Grove - Micro Switch and am using for a project that just requires the C and NO
The groove switches have gnd, vcc, nc, D1. Which connection what I use just to have the C and NO?

To use the Grove - Micro Switch with just the common (C) and normally open (NO) connections, you’ll typically connect the following:
This Types of drama configuration ensures that the common (C) terminal is always connected to the normally open (NO) terminal when the switch is in its default state. When the switch is activated (pressed or toggled), the circuit between “C” and “NO” is closed, allowing current to flow through your input/output device.
To use only the Common (C) and Normally Open (NO) terminals of the Grove Micro Switch, connect:
You can leave the other terminals (GND, VCC, and NC) unconnected for your project’s requirements.
Use VCC as Common (C) and D1 as Normally Open (NO). Ignore GND and NC for your use case.
The Grove - Micro Switch module typically includes:
If you only need to use the Common (C) and Normally Open (NO) for your project
Hi there,
SO , Actually it’s none of that… You can clearly see from the schematic located in the ZIP file on the sales page. It’s the standard Grove setup (NC , means NO Connection) btw
You should probably test one first next time. The D1 pin will be VCC (5V) when the micro-switch is activated.

In a switch where the contacts remain in one state unless actuated, such as a push-button switch, the contacts can either be normally open (abbreviated “n.o.” or “no”) until closed by operation of the switch, or normally closed (“n.c.” or “nc”) and opened by the switch action.
