The current list at code.google.com/p/dsonano/downloads/list is dated Nov 17 so it is probably not the version that you reference. Does the revisions.txt file or the readme.txt file indicate IAR 6.1 port in your latest released version (V3.11 ported (v3.13)) or more importantly does the current version file name that you provided to Seeed indicate IAR 6.1?
