Answering the invitation from the blog entry DeskPi Pro Set-top Box For Raspberry Pi 4 now available at Seeed and after having read the product description DeskPi Pro Case for Raspberry Pi 4 - 2.5 inch HDD/SSD Support, 2 x Full Size HDMI, Ice Tower Cooler, is there a plan to release a variant with a QC 3.0 Power Supply EU Standard instead of US Standard?

Argon has a new variant of its Argon ONE case, the Argon ONE M.2 Case for Raspberry Pi 4. Does Seeed plan to distribute it?

Yes, we are planning to distribute the Argon ONE M.2 Case for Raspberry Pi 4. We have no plan to release a QC 3.0 Power Supply EU Standard at present.

Why you do not replace the defective board as promised me about 4 month ago ?
Why your support team and order team do not reply me about the free promised replacement?

@reivilo I think you should replaced defective boards. If you did this work before 4 months now it will cleared as done. :slightly_smiling_face:

Sorry, I am not concerned by the defective board; I think Giovanni_Anselmo is.
