What is the end goal for using this?

You want to monitor a system?

I get are either hang-ups or readings of FFFF. I’ve also attempted changing the I2C frequency and the INA226 address, as well as using different Seeeduino and INA226 boards, but nothing seems to work. I’ve followed all the wiring instructions and even ran an I2C scanner which detects the INA226 correctly.
