Looks like Seeed’s still not ready to admit it’s a manufacturing flaw: I’ve now been asked to install 2.4.3.91d6612 (hotfix).
Unsurprisingly, this did nothing. They still can’t see each other.
Still crossing my fingers I’m going to get the replacement I need, otherwise this will have been a pretty expensive waste of time.
