Digital transformation is taking place across almost all industries including energy. McKinsey & Company states that “Digital innovation is one of the few means that can contend with these profound changes for energy sectors—by using predictive analytics to better anticipate the future, data to better inform current decisions in the here and now, and digitization and automation to take advantage of every increment of cost and speed that can be found.”

Our design team just finished this cool poster “Digitalize the Energy Sector”, highlighting the role that cutting edge technologies such as #AI and #IoT play in the process of digitalization in the energy sector.

The first buildings ever constructed were primitive shelters made from stones, sticks, animal skins and other natural materials. While we resembled the steel and glass that make up a modern city skyline, these structures had the same purpose - to provide a comfortable space for the people inside. And a smart building shares the same purpose, with a human-centered approach designed to make human lives easier with the help of complex, smart technology.

From the moment people step inside until the moment they leave, a building of the future will have the capability to determine the percentage of the workforce inside the building at any given time and automatically adjust the settings of its facilities according to their feedback and needs – from WiFi connections, lighting, electricity, heat, ventilation and air conditioning, buildings of the future place people at the center.

Our designer 孟依卉 created this poster “Welcome to the New Era of Smart Building”, highlighting what a people-centered smart building will look like.
