On the wiki (https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/LoRa-E5_STM32WLE5JC_Module/) it states than one should use the example project that is available on Github at https://github.com/seeed-lora/LoRa-E5-LoRaWAN-End-Node.git
This repo was still available yesterday, but today it is gone.
Please restore this repo, or update the wiki to point to a valid repo.
Either a temporary glitch at github or at Seeed 
I would suggest to contact Seeed sraight that might explain why it has suddenly disappeared !

Can you restore the deleted repo, and rather archive it? There is a lot of info in the issues on the old repo which is not available now.
