SeedStudio 2Layer DRU file error

I’m trying to run a DRC check using the 2-layer file provided by seedStudio.
But I keep getting this error:

“Parse error in design rules file
C:/Program Files(x86)/Eagle-6.5.0/ru/SeedStudio_2layer_DRU_no_angle_20140221.dru. line 71”.

Can anyone help me in regards to this?

Furthermore, does SeeedStudio source components that are not included in the OPL library?
