I installed respeakerd as user “respeaker”, but then logged in as a different username.
Now, /var/log/syslog is filling up with errors like this:
Nov 28 17:15:43 v2 respeakerd_safe[615]: E: [pulseaudio] core-util.c: Failed to create secure directory (/run/user/1000/pulse): No such file or directory
That’s not surprising, since /run/user only contains the folder “1001”, which is the userid for my different username. The user “respeaker” is not logged in.
Surely respeakerd does not require a specific user (respeaker) to be logged in, to work?
