[SOLVED] Can't use my brand new Mic Array v2.0

Hi, I just received a brand new Mic Array v2.0, but I can’t use it on my Raspberry Pi 3 B+ neither on my Macbook pro.



Nothing is showing up when I do

OMG that was it!! :o Thank you so much, I did not thought to try that as I never had any trouble with this cable. I tried with another one and it worked fingers in the nose
