The photo/video screen software that came with the camera (Gaosuo) will not capture still or video, it comes up with the following error " Unhandled exception has occurred in application" etc, this device was purchased with the intent of taking photos and videos. I have tried on two separate laptops with windows 7 and windows 10,

Can you please help

Hi there,


1. The software supports win7, does not support win10.

2. For the Win7 not display, please try below solutions.

A. Please download the software, http://www.seeedstudio.com/document/rar/404120004-cd.rar
B. Install the win7 version software by following User Manual.doc
C. First select the software GAOSUO icon, right click properties, compatibility, drop-down box to check the downward compatibility with WINDOWS XP2/3. Run as administrator!


D. Open Control Panel, Select Appearance and Personalization, Change Theme, Select Aero Theme Display
