I am interested in the GTI Lightspeeur 2801S USB Neural Network Computing Card. CAn this be programmed and used from a normal windows or a Linux based PC or must it be used with a ROK board.If it will work with a PC, can I download the dev kit for it or do I need to apply to GTI for it? Can it also be programmed for several different Neural Net configurations or only a few limited versions?Thanks for your help.
