Cant get proper feedback on order delivery problem

Hello, I’ve been trying to receive some feedback from seeed about a order of mine not being delivered for a long time now. I find it frustrating that even sending repeatedly the message through the “Contact Us”, I never get some useful answer, just what seems like automatic responses. My order 38069 was shipped on 2011/11/17 and I’ve been waiting since. I cannot open a full enquiry at the origin (Hong Kong) and i’ve asked seeed again and again to do it, but never got a satisfying response.
