LinkIt One basic understanding

This is a question about the basics, but I only stumbled onto LinkIt one today.
Is this a full prototyping board, or do you need to connect it to an arduino? I’ve built several arduino based prototypes and it sounds like this could do all that those do and more.
For example I have built some monitors that have an Arduino Uno, a datalogging shield and a 3g GSM/GPS shield. Can i potentially replace all of this with the linkit one?
This sounds too good to be true for the price?

Hello,

Linkit One is a full prototyping board.

Yes, It Includes ARM7 EJ-S™, GSM, GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth BR/EDR/BLE, GPS, Audio codec, and SD card connector on a single development board.

Thanks and Regards
