Thank you for the help, we finally got it up and running. We did have another question. When the gateway is connected using PuTTY and then rebooted the gateway disconnects on the LORIOT website and we cannot reconnect without running commands in the terminal. Is this normal or are we doing something wrong? Thanks again.

that’s right, But you can add the commands into rc-local before the exit 0. The system will load the code during boot.
