Wifi Shield (Fi250) Function's button

Hi, i got stuck with function’s button.

I try to change mode this Wifi shield to AP Mode, in the instruction they said push it once for AP mode.
but when i try to push that button nothing happen

Wifi led always on as red and green , i’ve tried push reset button and plug in/out serial cable. Still nothing happen
Please help

About this function key, press once to set up AP Mode, press three times quickly to reset this shield. If it’s not working after reseting, how about trying to send “AT+MFDEF” to reset it again through COM port. Good luck!
