Hi I’m using this sensor in an escape room environment. Somebody had jammed a key into the sensor and broke one. I’ve got replacements but now I’d like to protect it with a piece of plexiglass in front of it. Unfortunately this seems to block the gestures from registering on the sensor.
Curious to know if there are any materials that I could you to cover the sensor and still register gestures on the other side.
How does the device register movements? Maybe if I understand that I can plan the best way to secure it.
