Grove - Serial Camera

Hi everyone,
i need support using this camera,
i’ve tried all steps in wiki, and using VC0703, but the response is cmdtimeout .
what should i check for this?

i want make interface for this using vb 2010, i want send the pict directly to PC without SDshield,
can you give me some example codes for this?
