Difference between 5V Relay module and Grove Relay

Grove is a modulated, ready-to-use tool set.
Much like Lego, it takes a building block approach to assembling electronics.

Difference between 5V Relay module and Grove Relay

Post by japan » Wed Jul 04, 2012 1:22 pm

Hi There, I am looking for a relay to switch a 110V Water Heater. I have brought a Grove Relay (http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/grove-relay-p-769.html). What is the difference between that unit and the 5V Relay module (http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/electr ... p-479.html)

Thanks in advance,
elgee!

:) Just the difference of limit work voltage and current , and the different interface. Both they can be used to you 110VAC Water Heater under 10A current.
