will there be support for the Quad Alphanumeric Display (SKU 104020133) in the Grove extensions for microbit in the near future? Or maybe an extra extension just for this display?
I have no success in connecting this Grove modul to the microbit. Searching the web or on GitHub shows that there are few packages (drivers) for the HT16K33 around but none is working

yes, it is MakeCode. And I found an extension for MakeCode (microbit) that I can add to it but this extension isn’t for the microbit and not suitable for this Grove module since it has a hardcoded address 0x56 for the I2C bus (Grove module 0x71…0x76).
Even after changing the I2C address to 0x71 (default) there is no response on the alphanumeric display 
I was told that maybe the initialization must be changed as well but I am not familiar with GitHub.
