For the linux and mac, we do not need any driver. So it maybe hardware issue. Please take a picture about the mic array v2.0 and send it techsupport@seeed.cc . we will process it. thanks.

the pi hat mics do not support win10 iot yet. we have the mic array v2.0 can support mac, linux. windows. for more info, please refer to http://wiki.seeedstudio.com/ReSpeaker_Mic_Array_v2.0/. thanks.
