Please follow below connection and you can control the leds as well. thanks.

USB <--> MicArray

VDC <--> VDD_5V
D+ <--> USBDP
D- <--> USBDM
GND <--> GND

Hi there,

it seems other process occupied the mics. please run ps -A to see any arecord process and kill it. then try it again. thanks.

it is quite strange, my PC is win10 and USB3.0. but it works well. If the PC can not detect it, we suspect the XMOS is bad. please drop mail to techsupport@seeed.cc and we will follow up. thanks.

Hi Kavya

we suspect the mics are occupied by other resources. please run **ps -A** to see if any arecord process and then use the kill -9 PID to kill. please let us know if the issue is not solved. thanks.

Hi there,

where do you plug the 3.5mm audio jack? It may be related with the audio output setting. please try both the 2 mics 3.5mm audio jack and raspberry pi 3.5mm audio jack. thanks.
