Re: New rainbowduino, where to start?

Hi bbqninja, You can get the code Rainbow_commandVersion_Beta.zip from http://code.google.com/p/rainbowduino/downloads/list Unzip it into your Arduino library, download sketch Rainbow_CMD_V2_0 to your rainbowduino, download sketch SeeedMaster to your Arduino. Connect them through I2C(SCL SDA GND), i...

Re: Stalker Digital Output Voltage

Hi CRS2010, I measured the output voltage from the digital outputs of a Stalker and they measure about 3 volts using both the USB interface card and using an external power supply. Is 3 volts the expected output voltage? Yes, to be compatible with the working voltage of xBee and MicroSD card, the mc...

Re: RFBee firmware updating

Hi Andy, The latest firmware you are using is still not reliable as I met the same error as you. You may try this: The data length you send to the rfbee should be the same as the threshold every time, otherwise, the receiving rfbee will receive invalid data endlessly. (However, it does not happen on...

Have you refered to this:

You may first try to use a serial terminal to control the bluetooth.

Re: serial interface and display images...

Hi michu, 1) what I want is display a precomputed buffer (computed on my workstation) on the rainbowduino. so i send the image via serial directly to the rainbowduino. did I understand it right that there is no function yet which do that? i tested several firmwares (mtXcontrol, Raibow_conmandVertion...

Re: Sequential Fade of Individual Leds

Hi Improviser,

You can reference to http://code.google.com/p/rainbowduino/downloads/list, and download the demo code Rainbowduino_v1_0_4.zip, in which you can see how to light 7 led strips by rainbowduino.

May it helpful to you, and feel free to ask any question.

Re: RFBee firmware updating

Hi there, Did some test, and see the updating of google code r27. Changes: 1.Set rfbee into proper state after tx,rx, as in seeed v1.03. 2. Remove the delay(5) after CCx.Strobe(CCx_STX) in transmitData(). Reason: ATCF0~3 all works now. Issues: The data length you send to the rfbee should be the same...

Re: RFBee firmware updating

Hi there,

I'v tested the firmware v1.03 in the trunk fo svn on my rfbee(hardware v1.1), it works also ok on 868MHz with daterate 76800 and 1200bps.

I will look into the software v1.1 and do some debugging later.
