Re: Standalone RFbee

Hi jun,

I'v posted a demo on controlling the remote Relay Shield by RFBees based on the code of firmware v1.1. And you can get it here:

Re: Can Bluetooth Bee be set to BTstate 1 (Ready) on startup?

Hi Jeremy, There is a command(\r\n+STAUTO=1\r\n) which could enable the Bee auto-connect the last paired device when start up on the user manual. With this command, the Bee will auto-connect to the last paired device, and you can only disconnect them by giving a rising pulse in PIO0. May this helpfu...

Re: Programming the Bluetooth Bee using the Arduino Duemilanove

Hi Modelar, I think the Arduino TX/RX operates at 5V if I am not mistaken - is that compatible with the BT-Bee? If not - is there an easy way to fix this? I think 5V TX/RX of the Arduino is not compatible with the BT-Bee, and you may try to do like this:(Though I'm not sure if it works) 5V | R1 | Ar...

Re: Smartphone can see Bluetooth bee, but PC not.

Hi David,

Do you want to connect the Bluetooth Bee using you NoteBook and Smartphone at the same time?
I think the Bee could only be connected by one device at a time.

May this helpful to you, and let me know if any info needed.

Re: Standalone RFbee

Hi jun, I got what's your mean. would it be possible to have the code? or should i wait for version 2.? I think you'd better not wait for our version 2.0. They could be released one moth or two moth later, as the v1.1 has not finished yet ;) . Anyway, I can help you to get that function based on the...

Re: Bluetooth Bee PIO1

Hi, Sorry for the late reply, I got what's your mean. However, I'm not sure "if the connect-status message is always completly sent before PIO1 goes high, and PIO1 goes always low before the disconnect-status messages is sent." either. I think you might try that out? We are planning to add a new com...

Re: Bluetooth Bee doesn't work with XBee Regulated

Hi, Sorry for the late reply, So the Bluetooth Bee is not 100% pin-compatible with XBee. Yes. But I'm sure the VCC, GND, TX, and RX is pin-compatible. However the RX input pin is not 5v resistiv.(Try to do level change using two resistors) So I think the Bluetooth Bee could receive the data you sent...

Re: Standalone RFbee

Hi jun, Sorry for the late reply, Yes, ATmega168 does not only control the wireless module but also can use as an Arduino. speakjet-RFbee --------- RFbee do you have simple test code(blink led) to share? Do you mean using RFBee to control the local led or the remote led? If local, you can add severa...
