Re: microSD error "File not exist" on Paul's firmware 1.5

It's alright. I appreciate you trying. Maybe in the future a new firmware will better support SD cards.

Re: microSD error "File not exist" on Paul's firmware 1.5

Well, I copied all the files in your .rar to the root of the SD card (now partitioned to 128 MB) and I still get the same error message. Luck is not on my side it seems :(

Re: microSD error "File not exist" on Paul's firmware 1.5

MicroSD above 1G is not support well , you need buy another one . Oh I wish I knew this beforehand. I literally just got this one in the mail today. :| I'm going to try and format it as a smaller size (below 1GB) and see if that helps. I can use the microSD card fine as a USB-reader (holding down "...

microSD error "File not exist" on Paul's firmware 1.5

Hi, I just bought a 2GB Kingston microSD card to use on my DSO nano. I formatted it on my computer using the command "mkdosfs -F 16 /dev/sdb1" and then created a blank file named "FILE001.DAT". I am running Paul's firmware version 1.5. When I try to save the waveform I get the error "File not exist"...

Re: Any chance of reloading the firmware under OSX or Linux

Well, the DSO is actually a STM32 device. So if anyone wants to venture onto an STM32 enthusiast forum and ask how to flash firmware in DFU under Linux (OS X is probably similar) then it would help us adapt it to the DSO. I wonder if there is a generic protocol for it or if DeFuSe is proprietary...

Screen protector

Just wanted to let everyone know that a good screen protector for the DSO Nano is the protectors for the Nintendo DS lite. The screen sizes are almost exactly the same so it is a good fit. I got a few of them off of ebay for under a dollar.

Re: Hide/modify demo purple waveform

ESP: Thanks for putting it on the Google code project!

That makes a nice place to have all the downloads. Much easier than scavenging the forum :D

Re: New firmware :DS0201_V2.2X

I see that the firmware on the Google Code page is "App v2.31" -- I assume that this is newer than the v2.2x series. I have 2.01 installed, do I have to upgrade first to 2.2x and then 2.31 or can I just right to the newest firmware? Thanks for your help.
