Re: Firmware 1.5

Don't know about anybody else but I'm having trouble changing the vertical scale using the "up" button in "Se" mode. I can move the waveform up and down by holding it as described, but just pressing up doesn't reduce the volts/division. Edit: I've got hardware v1.1. Edit 2: The "up" button needs pre...

Re: Firmware 1.5

Hi Paul - can you also upload your source code if you can't continue developing it? Perhaps someone else can continue your excellent work?

Cheers!

Re: Quantum tunnelling composite (QTC) for sensing touch / force

A similar product (and probably more readily available) are the Flexiforce FSRs from Tekscan: http://www.tekscan.com/flexiforce/fsr.html

I heard Samsung and other major screen manufacturers are using QTC sensors in their products now/soon, so that may explain their lack of availability.

Re: DfuSe Problem on Windows 7

Yup! Exactly like that! So much for being compatible with Windows 7!

I'll try some kind of virtual machine to get it going. Not ideal though!

Re: New Third-party Firmware : DS0201_APP_yijian Ver2.0 (beta)

The sample rate is approximately 1MHz, so the highest frequency it can reliably display is 500Hz (look at Nyquist Rate ). Even then, the displayed wave won't be square. Chances are the output frequency is affected by the MCU also having to update the display among other things, so at higher frequenc...

DfuSe Problem on Windows 7

In trying to upgrade DSO Nano firmware on Windows 7 x64 and x86, DfuSeDemo.exe crashes on loading.

I've tried changing various compatibility options including running in admin mode but haven't had any joy.

Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem, and if so, whether they managed to fix it?

Re: DSO NANO - how we users can impact next hardware design !!!

Either that or better firmware which clearly indicates what each button does. Perhaps popping up when a button is pressed and disappearing again after a delay.

Awesome! You're right - that's by far the best one so far! Thanks very much!

Can someone please ask him for his source code?

Re: New firmware :DS0201_V2.2X

I'm having the same problems as Ben. Triggers don't work apart from in AUTO mode. NORM and SIGN/SING mostly don't display the triggered signal at all. Sometimes in NORM mode, when the R/S button is pressed and HOLD is displayed on the screen, I can see the waveform moving. Sometimes it does trigger,...

Re: Navigation Joy-stick

I'm reverting to the original firmware. This one can't do the following: Normal mode doesn't work - it just doesn't look like it trigers. SAME WITH Signal mode. It also can't scan. There are pixels left behind all over the place. It can't display the current average voltage, and other measurements. ...
