Re: My device can not shown on Azure Portal

Just out of curiosity, have to tried the Azure command line for your security details? The Azure page you have reference provides certificate information that is not apparent from your screen capture.

Re: Azure Sphere Demo Build Error

Hello Gary, My two bits, if you please, on a similar issue. My Visual Studio Extensions had not been installed properly when I encountered a set of similar messages. My fix (since it was a crash-and-burn desktop) was to uninstall the extensions and Visual Studio, reboot and then start the pre-requis...

Re: Anti-spam measures

Current anti-spam measure is very, very counter-productive. Please do not drop anti-spam measure but please be mindful of user productivity because your current solution is very impractical. It takes MANY, MANY tries on average to enter the correct code since the confirmation prompt window is very d...

Re: Seemed Shield for ASDK

Thanks, Bill!

Received my Seeed ASDK Shield yesterday. Very happy that I did order one because now I should be able to quickly swap sensors. Highly recommend the Shield to others who have prior experience with other boards with similar shields.

Regards.

Re: Development IDE

Hello Andre, Sorry for the delayed response. I understand your viewpoint (and the MSFT business model). I work with a variety of SMBs including evals from NXP, TI and (now obsolete) Intel where the development toolchains had inertial handicaps - nothing against Eclipse though. Blinking LEDs using an...

Re: Azure Sphere Demo Build Error

I had success earlier this week (v18.11, I believe). Would you like me to send you screen shots?

Development IDE

Having gotten off the ground with ASDK using VS 2017, I would like to float some preliminary thoughts. While I recognize the importance of VS 2017 for Enterprise customers (who are probably the primary candidates for ASDK), I feel that some recognition of other IDE would be helpful for those lesser ...

Re: Is my existing windows 7 ok for development?

I have drafted a note at baqwas.joomla.com/8-iot/27-blink-the-sphere . I need to add to more sections before the initial publication: Field update method High level code diagrams Comments/criticisms welcome while I work on the (non-linear) editing of the accompanying video captures (for publication ...

Seemed Shield for ASDK

I've ordered the " shield " since the same for the other boards proved very versatile for my evaluations. Only preliminary feedback (based on a photo of the part at the web site) is that the number of connections could have been more with denser placement. Of course, the need for the matching footpr...

Unboxing ASDK

Apologies for this trivial video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBaS-mTzgi4 but I had to do it! Sorry!
