Stalker V3 P5 Defect

Do you have a new stalker v3 board coming that resolves the p5 defect? In order to map p5 to p3 on xbee socket is to remove the r10 resistor and run a wire from p5 to left side of the removed resistor. The flaw is plain as day on the board schematic, http://www.seeedstudio.com/wiki/Seeeduino-Stalker...

Re: Stalker P5/P6 and Base Shield

You are full of crap. You FULL WELL KNOW there is a design defect with P5 on the Stalker v3. The defect is plain as day on your own schematic!!! The P5 pad does not go anywhere, http://www.seeedstudio.com/wiki/Seeeduino-Stalker_v3 You need to stop selling this board and offer a replacement when you ...

Stalker P5/P6 and Base Shield

Can I move P5 and P6 to go through my base shield? After studying the schematics, I get that you created a conflict with the uarts and the bee, now the question is; how can I have both. I want to upload and debug with the serial monitor -AND- have the xbee running. As far as I know, cannot do that w...

Re: Stalker 2.3 & 3 and elecrow HC-5 bluetooth bee 2.0

Boy do I feel your pain, literally as I am going through this right now. I was just about to change p5/p6 around... How are you supposed to debug via serial and run the bee at the same time... Your approach seems like a great idea, that is until seeed said no. My question to you, were you able to di...

WTF this Stalker is a steaming pile of extrement

I am pissed off, you guys at seeed are useless. The interaction between the stalker and the xbee is NOT DOCUMENTED AT ALL and you clearly you have no idea how to make the fricken thing work or you would replay to my posts about getting these two to talk. How the F am I supposed to figure this out wi...

Stalker V3 and XBee S6B (wifi) no response from radio

I am trying to run the AT Command Sample from the arduino-xbee-master library examples, as below: (The Xbee was configured with XCTU and I can ping it while installed in the Stalker board.) I tried changing the rx/tx pins to 0/1, 1/0 as per the stalker docs, all I get back is "No response from radio...

Re: Stalker v3 / XBee wifi & XCTU

IN one sentence; You cannot use XCTU with Stalker, you need a separate XBee Explorer.

Stalker v3 / XBee wifi & XCTU

I trying to configure my XBee wifi via XCTU and I am not getting anywhere. The board is working, I can upload and monitor, but when I run XCTU with the same com config, XCTU comes back no devices found. Is the xbee defective or do I need to enable the xbee programatically?

Thanks much!

Re: Stalker v3 secret sauce?

I am going to answer my own post. This board is a 3.3v processor, not 5v. In the Arduino IDE go with Arduino Pro or Pro Mini and then choose ATmega328 (3.3v, 8Mhz) This information should be in the wiki.

Stalker v3 secret sauce?

I am not getting anywhere with this board. A getting started would be helpful since this is a non-standard Arduino board. At this point I am just making WAGS and hoping this works. I have the Arduino 165 IDE set for "Arduino UNO" and the programmer set for AVRISP mkii My USB-SERIAL CH340 with the dr...
