respeakerd Node.js binding

I’ve implemented a Node.js binding for the respeakerd library, which can be found in the voice-engine-js GitHub organization (hope it’s OK to use that name).

Besides the examples in the examples folders, there is a demo which can be used to control APIs with a Hydra API documentation. It can be used together with my Hydra wrapper for the Philips Hue Bridge. See the READMEs of both projects for more details. It’s a simplified approach of a bigger project I’m working on. The final implementation should be able to control much more complex APIs.

The implementation to detect the end of speech is very limited right now. Sometimes it’s not detected. Stop the program with Ctrl+C in that case. Would be nice if the requested feature in <URL url="https://forum7.seeedstudio.com/t/silence-event-and-hotword-value-in-hotword-event/5764/1]this thread[/url] could be implemented respeakerd.
